Würde mich auch interessieren, zu RUBBER'S LOVE und PINOCCHIO 964 gab es imho Kritiken in der Splatting Image...aber die wirst Du vermutlich selbst schon herangezogen haben.

eventuell bringt ne anfrage bei NICOLAS SANTINI nsa@dk.catv.ne.jp etwas. der ist zwar auf japan LDs spezialisiert, aber der ist auch sonst sehr gut informiert was veröffentlichungen in japan im allgemeinen betrifft. also sollte er da bescheid wissen.

Director Shozin Fukui wonderfully knows how to make a persons skin crawl and their mind shatter with the use of camera work, fast paced editing and a screeching sound track that will leave you numb. An awesome addition to the Unearthed Films arsenal. Story Synopsis: A group of scientists are working to unleash the psychic potential in human beings. The company they work for decides the project is a loss and sends a secretary to tell them the news of the project's shutdown. The poor scientists react rather badly to the news, and in a desperate attempt to make a final breakthrough, subject one of their own ranks to the drug and device. He responds well so they put him in an isolating rubber suit that deprives him of all sensory input and begin to experiment on him in horrifying ways. Gruesome chaotic and truly devastating. RUBBER'S LOVER will satisfy almost every horror fan. Extra's are tentative.

PINOCCHIO 964

It's another hyper kinetic freakfest from Japan. Director Shozin Fukui pulls no punches in this intense vision of the future. A lobotomized cyborg sex slave, is thrown out onto the street by his owners because of his inability to maintain an erection. He is befriended by a criminally insane, memory-wiped, homeless girl. Meanwhile, the corporate entity who manufactured and sold him, plots to kill him because of his malfunction. I really enjoyed this film and just like Tetsuo and Rubber's Lover. This film has much mucho craziness that is truly horrifying and visually stimulating for you eye candy individuals out there. This movie is a treat. Extra's are tentative.
